This building will provide a new home for the Division of Nursing faculty and students in a state-of-the-art facility with classrooms, lecture halls, administrative space and labs featuring mock hospital rooms with computer-controlled simulated patients for the most realistic training possible.
The building also features several sustainable features such as daylighting and occupancy lighting controls, efficient hvac systems and a super-insulated building envelope. Building materials were also selected for long-life with minimal maintenance.
